Chi Nei Tsang is a profound therapeutic massage found in classical Chinese and Taoist Medicine. Its holistic approach to healing is deep and experiential, sometimes inexplicable how certain disorders dissolve with a series of treatments on the person’s abdominal region. It allows people to be free from physical and emotional pain, often begun with a repressed emotion, which has then turned into a disorder in the stomach or other part of the body, such as the skin, or mind. Many suffer from indigestion, bloating, blocked intestines, slow metabolism, menstrual cramping, endomitrisois, stopped periods or heavy periods, sexual traumas and post-traumatic stress syndrome, showing up as pain or discontent in one’s mind and/or body, or showing up as negativity.
Chi is energy, Nei Tsang refers to the internal organs. So Chi Nei Tsang is applying energy to the internal organs so that they can function more efficiently. It can be a somewhat painful experience, but worth some temporary discomfort for profound results. It must be deep in order to be effective, and this training will teach people exactly how to go slowly with intention for healing.
CNT uses the wisdom and skills cultivated in Taoist disciplines such as Tai Chi, Qi Gong and meditation. It is a complete system of physical, mental, and spiritual development that emphasizes teaching students to work on themselves. A trainer of the work, Satyama puts energy into the skill of recycling negative energies from treatments to increase the capacity for love expressed through conscious and skilled touch in a soft and intimate part of the body.
In level 2 we learn how to transmit healing energy to others without depleting one’s own energy. This practice is powerful and long-lasting and may be used to heal others and also heal one’s self, which automatically happens when one is taking this training. Many report the return of their mensus after a prolonged time, increase of fertility or healing of a an outstanding issue in the abdomen.
The training includes optional yoga two times per day, pranayama practice for abdominal expansion and meditation to support the practitioner. This helps us feel the “winds of change” in ourselves. This empowers a healer to open these channels in order to become skilled to identify the obstructions which occur at the center of the body. The negative emotions of fear, anger, anxiety, depression, and worry cause the most damage to the human system. Problems can also be caused by overwork, stress, accidents, surgery, drugs, toxins, poor food, and bad posture. Through meditative practices the sages and monks studying this system learned to look within themselves. They discovered the internal organs connect with the Five Forces of the Universe and provide a link between the human microcosm and the universal macrocosm. The organs contain the essences of the spiritual force of a human being.

Introduction of the teacher – Satyama
Satyama has been teaching yoga for the past 17 years in the styles of hatha, vinyasa, Sivananda, yin and neo-tantric yoga. A certified yoga teacher trainer and therapist in Integrative Yoga Therapy, she uses her experience with the body and mind connection to continually bring people to greater awareness. Also a massage trainer, she gives private sessions and trains people in Chi Nei Tsang, a deep abdominal massage that assists in the detoxifying process. The massage works with manipulation and circulation going to the organs in the abdomen to create new cells and flush toxins and emotions that have been repressed. She is also a cranial sacral therapist.
Satyama is an Osho sanyassin for the past 10 years, a serious and consistent practitioner of active meditation, vipassana, and Buddhist styles of meditations. She believes that meditation can heal the planet and is currently writing a book about Tantra and Yoga as two required but non-attached practices used to achieve realization.
